Our Chairman and Managing Director, John Chan, had the honor of being invited to interview on the prestigious RTHK Radio 1 “一桶金” program The host, Lo Ka Lok, delved into a range of topics, starting with our recent strategic partnerships with Zhuhai Gree Group and SmartMore Logtech Group. The focus was on exploring how these collaborations contribute to high-quality operations in the logistics parks of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
During the interview, He also inquired about the property revitalizing project in Kwai Chung. We have invested over HKD 800 million, in partnership with mainland fund Kailong Group, to transform an industrial building over 40 years old into a state-of-the-art automated cold chain warehouse.

The long-awaited Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge has finally passed its completion inspection on June 16th. This infrastructure marvel, comprising an underwater tunnel through the Pearl Riverbed and a cross-sea highway bridge, will connect the two cities and slash their travel time to just 30 minutes.
