Care of Employee Well-being: Acupressure for a Healthier Us!

At Reitar, we not only care about our employees’ job performance but also prioritize their physical and mental well-being. Following the success of the “Laughter Yoga Workshop,” we have organized another beneficial activity called the “Self-applied Acupressure Massage Workshop” to promote our colleagues’ overall health.

For this workshop, we have invited a registered Chinese medicine practitioner from the School of Chinese Medicine at the Hong Kong Baptist University to our office. The practitioner will explain how to harmonize mood and mind, specifically focus on self-applied acupressure massage, and teach techniques for relieving bodily discomfort by stimulating various acupressure points. This workshop aims to help our colleagues manage stress and enhance their physical and mental well-being awareness, even amidst their busy work schedules. Additionally, after the workshop, we provide a nourishing soup for everyone to boost their resistance during this humid spring and summer.

We will continue to prioritize the well-being of our employees and actively organize various activities to encourage all co-workers to balance work and personal life, fostering a healthier, positive, and friendly work environment together.
