Cainiao Expands Cross-Border Logistics Services to the US

With the rising popularity of online shopping among overseas Chinese communities in recent years, demand for cross-border package logistics between China and the US has surged.

Cainiao is providing both air and sea shipping options to customers. Air freight promises delivery within just 5 days, while sea shipments start at the low rate of $12 per order. The company has also optimized the user experience with features like touchless signature release and multilingual customer support.

This new consolidated shipping solution is well-designed to meet the differentiated shopping needs of Chinese communities abroad, helping to alleviate homesickness through convenient access to Chinese e-commerce.
