Hong Kong’s Billion-Dollar Smart Logistics Projects Unveiled: Reitar Logtech Drives Logistics Innovation
- November 5, 2024

Reitar Logtech Holdings (RITR) has successfully listed on NASDAQ and is advancing three major smart logistics projects in Hong Kong. These initiatives include the largest automated smart logistics center in the region, developed in partnership with an international private equity fund; Hong Kong’s first automated cold storage facility, converted from an industrial building; and an upgrade project for a significant smart logistics center located on Airport Island.
The total value of contracts for these three projects has reached HKD 1.1 billion. Notably, the automated cold storage project, developed in collaboration with Kailong Group, is set to be completed in November, heralding a new era for smart cold chain logistics in Hong Kong.
Additionally, an automated smart logistics center in partnership with another Singaporean private equity fund is expected to commence construction by the end of this year, positioning it to become the largest automated logistics center in Hong Kong.
The upgrade project for the large smart logistics center on Airport Island commenced in August and is projected for completion in the third quarter of next year. The contract value for this airport project alone represents 91.7% of the group’s revenue from the previous year.
Reitar Logtech leverages its leading PLT (Property + Logistics Technology) solutions, collaborating with its subsidiaries to deliver comprehensive services. The group plays multiple roles, including asset manager, chief consultant, project and engineering manager, and general contractor, all aimed at providing one-stop, integrated smart logistics asset management services.
As one of the first companies in Asia to enter the PLT sector, Reitar Logtech is committed to unlocking the potential value of logistics assets through technological innovation. The company seeks to enhance efficiency in Hong Kong’s logistics industry, improve the overall supply chain’s operational capacity, and further establish Hong Kong as a global logistics hub.
