New Tai Chi Qigong Experience: Enhancing Employee Health through Mind-Body Harmony
- November 6, 2024
Reitar has always been committed to its employees’ physical and mental well-being. To help them improve their health, following the “Self-Acupressure Stress Relief Workshop,” we organized a “Tai Chi Experience Workshop” to help everyone relieve mental stress.
This event invited an experienced Tai Chi instructor to guide us through the basic movements of Tai Chi. Through Tai Chi, colleagues have learned how to improve posture, enhance concentration, and release stress, allowing for comprehensive relaxation of the mind and body. The event had a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, with everyone actively participating and having a great time.
This Tai Chi experience was highly beneficial, providing new health management methods and fostering better communication among colleagues. In future, Reitar will continue to organize various health activities to offer more opportunities for employees to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
