Light Off, Impact On! Reitar’s Hour for Earth

The World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong (WWF) has organized Earth Hour 2025, the world’s largest environmental movement which took place on Saturday, March 22, at 8:30 PM, aiming to raise awareness about climate change and promote sustainable living. “Give an Hour for Earth” is a simple act that has an extraordinary impact. In support of this initiative, Reitar took proactive actions by switching off the office lights for an hour a day earlier at noon to demonstrate their commitment to protecting the planet.
As one of Hong Kong Green Organizations, Reitar has pledged to support this global movement Earth Hour, becoming part of a global environmental movement spanning 190 countries. We are dedicated to being part of the change by inspiring our employees, customers, and partners to dedicate an hour to the most engaging and impactful ways to reconnect with our planet. Let’s continue living sustainably beyond this Earth hour to create a beautiful future for the Earth together.

Reitar's environmental efforts have been recognized with two Excellence Level certifications under the Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification (HKGOC) program: the Waste Reduction Certificate and the Energy Saving Certificate.
