Reitar Logtech (NASDAQ:RITR) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KAMUI Cold Chain Engineering and Service Limited (“KCC”), has been commissioned by Callista Foods Limited (“Callista Foods”) to undertake an intelligent upgrade project valued around HKD 20 million. Located in the Tai Po InnoPark, the project aims to transform a traditional food production facility into a modern manufacturing base encompassing smart temperature control, automated processes, and advanced quality monitoring systems.

Reitar Logtech (NASDAQ: RITR) today announced the formal signing of a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AI logistics company NEXX, along with a formal investment agreement for the inaugural Smart Fulfillment Center project in Qatar. The two parties will embark on comprehensive cooperation in the field of smart logistics. The inaugural project will be located in Milaha Logistics City (MLC), Doha, Qatar.
